I met Edward when he was the Executive Director of the New London County Historical Society. His enthusiasm when he introduced programs at Hempstead House convinced me to join. He will be missed by all who knew hum. Such a gentleman.

To Carol and all of the Baker family I extend my deepest sympathies, my prayer for all of you is that the memories of Ed's life well lived will give you comfort in the future. I'm sure his spirit will be with you always. I was a classmate of Ed's at Juniata and enjoyed seeing him at many of our reunions. Dan Hoover

You have our deepest condolences. We were classmates of Ed at Juanita and friends of the English family. Ed brightened our times together at our class reunions.

My heart goes out to you Carol and family,
Edward was a kind, generous spirit. He inspired me and others in ALFHAM to the highest standards. He was a unique gift to us all.
He will be missed.
