Elizabeth A. Bowman

Elizabeth A. (Randall) Bowman, 95, of Sunset Drive, Charlestown, R.I., died peacefully on Thursday, Oct. 12, 2017. She was the beloved wife of the late Roy Nay Bowman for over 66 years.

Born in Springfield, Mass. on May 21, 1922, she was the beloved daughter of the late P.M. Randall III and Annie S. (Hoxsie) Randall.

Mrs. Bowman had been a buyer in the Children's Department at the former A.M Best Department Stores. She was moderator of the Womens Association Calista Circle, an active member of the Phebe Greene Ward Chapter of the Rhode Island Daughters of the American Revolution, Dunns Corner Community Church Presbyterian, the Monday Club at Quonnie, and an avid bridge player.

Elizabeth will be sadly missed by her three sons, Barry R. Bowman and Roy N. Bowman Jr., both of Charlestown, R.I., and John M. Bowman, of Alstead, N.H. She was the loving grandmother of five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral service and burial will be private. Calling hours are respectfully omitted.
