Helen C. Brayman

Helen P. Brayman, 88, of Ashaway, passed away on August 3, 2017 at Westerly Hospital. She was the wife of the late F. Arthur Brayman. Born in Westerly on April 2, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Llewellyn L. Sr. and Clara Belle (Brown) Palmer. She was known as the lady who walked all around Ashaway.

Helen leaves her son Richard Brayman; her daughter Barbara B. Grove; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; her siblings Marjorie Ahern, Esther Miner, Charlotte Killingrew and Russell Brayman along with many foster children. She was preceded in death by her son David A. Brayman and her brother Llewellyn Palmer, Jr.

A remembrance ceremony is being held at Seventh Day Baptist Church of Hopkinton on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at 11:00a.m. A graveside service was held at Pendleton Cemetery in North Stonington on August 4, 2017.
