Robert M. Lihou

Robert M. Lihou, 93 of Margin St. Westerly, RI died peacefully on Sunday, February 4, 2018 at the Westerly Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Marjory (Gilmore) Lihou.
Born in Westerly, RI on July 30, 1924 he was the son of the late George and Geneva (Champlin) Lihou.
Mr. Lihou worked for the former Narragansett Electric Company now known as National Grid for many years before his retirement.
He was a member of the Franklin Lodge of Masons Number 20, and a long- time member of Central Baptist Church.
Robert served his country proudly in the United States Navy during World War II.
Besides his wife of 64 years, he will be sadly missed by his daughter; Janet Krus of Ocala, FL and his brother James Lihou of Westerly, RI. He was the brother of the late Sarah Parkinson and Anne McDardy.
Funeral service and burial with full military honors will be private.
