Edith May Thibeault

Edith May (Andrews) Thibeault, 91, of Westerly, died peacefully on December 24, 2020 at The Westerly Health Center. Westerly, Rhode Island
Born July 25, 1929 in Stonington, CT. She was one of 7 children born to the late Manuel S. Andrews and May Rose Pearson (Andrews).

Edith was the wife of the late Gerard J. Thibeault of 59 years, most of their married life was spent in Charlestown, RI. They loved to travel throughout the United States especially Hawaii visiting family and friends. She was a very devoted wife and mother who genuinely loved all 5 of her children and their families and affectionally talked about them always. Edith loved an occasional Sombrero cocktail and dancing with dad.

She enjoyed selling Avon for nearly 20 years. She always looked forward to playing bingo. In her pass time you would always see her doing a crossword puzzle. She had a passion and talent for cross stitching and shared all her beautiful pieces that we will treasure always.

She will be sadly missed by her four daughters Sandra Serrano and husband Anthony of Pawcatuck, CT, Cheryl (Hodis)Thibeault of Hope Valley, RI., Gina Spaulding of Westerly, RI and Audra Low of Plaistow, NH and her one son Richard Thibeault and his wife Deborah (Couture) Thibeault of Pawcatuck, CT.
She also leaves 7 grandchildren, Anthony Serrano Jr. of Ohio, Leah Serrano of Pawcatuck, CT, Troy Thibeault of Grapevine, TX, Denielle Thibeault of Nashua, NH, Keith Spaulding of Warwick, RI and Amanda Kern of Hope Valley, RI and Seth Low of Plaistow, NH.
She also leaves 6 Great grandchildren Allison, Ryan, Carlie, Mariah, AJ, Lauren and Scott. She also leaves one great great grandchild Amaya.

Edith was predeceased by her husband and all her siblings and parents.
