Elaine P. Arbo

Elaine P. Arbo of Hopkinton, RI passed away peacefully at the age of 92 surrounded by her loving family on November 2, 2018. Elaine was born in West Hartford, CT to Joseph and Amy (Brisebois) Parent. She was pre deceased by her husband Philip Arbo, her sister Yvonne Pulito and her brother Joseph Parent. Elaine loved visiting with family and friends, playing cards and Bingo, clamming, and all her furry friends. She leaves her daughters Susan Arbo-Givens (husband Bill), Sharon Arbo, Nancy Arbo and her son Mark Arbo ( wife Julie). In addition she leaves her eight grandchildren, Kristen DePalma-D'Amico, Kevin DePalma, Makenzie Givens, Tanner Givens, Danielle Cross, Paul Cross, Amy Grohowski and Jennifer Grohowski, and four great grandchildren, Grace and Nathan D'Amico and Laney and Jayden Stenstrom. Elaine was well loved and will be missed. The family of Elaine Arbo thanks the many volunteers of Ashaway Ambulance and the staff of Continuum Hospice and Palliative Care and the staff of Westerly Health Center. Viewing and service will be held at the Buckler and Johnson Funeral Home of Westerly RI on November 8, 2018 starting at 10:00 followed by a burial ceremony at the Rhode Island Veteran 's cemetery in Exeter, RI.
