Juanita Spino, 89, of Westerly, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at the Apple Rehab Clipper. Born in Sharples, West Virginia on April 22, 1931, she is the daughter of the late Charles D. and Beulah (Isaacs) Psimer.
Juanita worked at URI and during her employment, received a degree in psychology. She loved painting, calligraphy, and of course spending time with her family and friends. She was married to the late Antonio Spino and together they raised 3 sons, Charles, Thomas and Richard who all survive her.
Besides her sons, she will be missed by her many nieces and nephews, her longtime friend Dorothy Woods along with all her fellow residents of Merchants Village in Westerly.
All memorial services were held privately at the convenience of the family. Buckler-Johnston Funeral Home, 121 Main St. Westerly assisted the family with arrangements.
Memorial donations can be made in her name to the charity of the donor’s choice.
