Marie Lois Pierce

Marie Lois Pierce of Ashaway, RI passed away peacefully at the Chestnut Cottage at The Elms in Westerly, RI on Tuesday, September 25, 2018. She was the beloved wife of George “Dell” Pierce. She was the daughter of the late Annie and Otis Morgan of North Stonington, CT and sister to the late Homer Morgan, Walter Morgan, Virginia Sorenson, and Herbert Morgan.
She leaves a son Douglas G. Pierce of Ashaway and a daughter Susan M. Sposato of Ashaway; two grandchildren,Robert Pierce of North Stonington, CT and Rebecca Northrup of Charlestown, RI along with two great-grandchildren, Lila and Tristan Northrup.
Visiting hours are respectfully omitted and burial will be privately held at Union Cemetery, North Stonington, CT.
