Sally M. Church

Sally L. (Main) Church, 84, of Westerly, RI died peacefully on Wednesday May 12, 2021 peacefully at her surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas L. Church.

Born in Mystic, CT on Christmas Day 1936 she was the daughter of the late Lewis C. and Genevieve Love (Smith) Main.

Sally had been a Bookkeeper for many years working at several local auto dealerships and manufacturing companies. She also enjoyed knitting, crossword puzzles, Parcheesi, Logic and was an avid cribbage players and played in several local leagues.

She will be sadly missed by her two daughters, Kathy Wink (Charles) of Pawcatuck, CT and Patricia Fuentes of Westerly, RI. She was the loving grandmother of Melissa, Brian (Megan), Rudy, Ricky, Robert (Aris), Vanessa, Pamela, Samantha and great grandmother of 5 and her sister Debra May of Kansas. She also will be missed by her loving and devoted dog Maddie. Besides her husband she was predeceased by her son Lewis Church.

A private graveside service will be held at First Hopkinton Cemetery, Ashaway, RI.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas PlaceMemphis, TN 38105.
